Mighty Deck Kei Car concept features a retractable roof in addition to open rear deck
Suzuki has showcased a fresh Kei car concept at the Tokyo motor show, dubbed the Mighty Deck.
Described as being a “fun-oriented minicar”, the Mighty Deck features a retractable soft-top roof in addition to an open rear deck. While the concept doesn’t feature a traditional boot, there is usually storage space under the rear deck, accessed through a hinged tailgate.
the auto’s minimalist design continues inside, in addition to features a central, digitalised dashboard with displays for current weather conditions in addition to driving information positioned inside the driver’s field of vision. A separate screen mounted on the centre console shows navigation in addition to infotainment data.
Although Suzuki hasn’t said what engine powers the Mighty Deck, its Kei car dimensions mean of which won’t be more than 660cc or have more than 63bhp.
As well as the Mighty Deck concept car, Suzuki is usually also showing another concept dubbed Air Triser, in addition to the production edition of its iM-4 concept car, which will take the Ignis name.
