Suzuki’s Air Triser – a brand new compact MPV concept – is usually being revealed at the Tokyo motor show.

The concept is usually designed to “embody the concept of a private lounge”, along with features a reconfigurable seating design. Its three rows of seats can be configured into a sofa-style shape when parked, with multimedia content being played on an extendable screen.

Suzuki says the concept’s design “enbables users to enjoy their time together not only on the move although also while they’re stationary.” The cabin is usually accessed through two sliding doors.

Like the additional Suzuki concepts headed to Tokyo, the Air Triser features a minimalist Inner surface design, with an entirely digital dashboard along that has a smaller central infotainment screen.

Although Suzuki hasn’t revealed details of the Air Triser’s powertrain, the idea’s likely to use a smaller capacity petrol engine coupled to an automatic transmission.

Suzuki will also be showing its Mighty Deck concept in Tokyo, as well as its brand new Ignis hatchback.
