Subaru XV facelift brand-new Inside along with external surfaces styling, chassis along with engine upgrades for Subaru’s XV crossover


The Subaru XV crossover has been facelifted for 2016, with tweaks to the engines, chassis along with Inside along with external surfaces styling, as well as an increased infotainment system.

The subtle styling adjustments include brand-new metal-tone front foglight surrounds along having a brand-new lower grille along with bumper treatment. Tweaks to the headlight clusters also feature on the 2016 type, along having a brand-new set of diamond-cut black along with silver alloy wheels. Two brand-new paint colours have also been added.

The 2.0-litre turbodiesel’s fuel economy rises to a claimed 52.3mpg, with emissions falling by 5g/km to 141g/km. No further engines are planned to feature as part of the XV type line-up, though.

The facelifted XV goes on sale coming from 1 March, with prices remaining unchanged coming from the previous type despite Subaru’s claim of higher-quality Inside materials. 

Subaru is actually planning on previewing the XV’s successor with an XV concept next month’s Geneva motor show, although details are sparse along with Subaru is actually remaining tight-lipped ahead of the concept’s official reveal.
