McLaren will showcase its McLaren Special Operations tuning division at next month’s Geneva show with bespoke versions of the P1 along with 675LT Spider
The one-off 675LT Spider features ceramic grey pinworm, a carbon fibre retractable hardtop roof (saving 1kg of weight), along with carbon fibre louvres around the front wings. Carbon fibre weave is actually also used for your vehicle’s airbrake at the rear. Only 500 examples of the regular 675LT Spider will be made, all of which have already been sold.
Inside, your vehicle features black Alcantara seats with contrasting yellow stitching, along with unique colour detailing. The titanium exhaust system also receives a 24-carat gold heat shield.
in which special 675LT Spider is actually unchanged mechanically, meaning in which retains its 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which produces 666bhp at 7100rom alongside 516 lb ft of torque. The Spider variant matches the 675LT coupé to 62mph in 2.9 second, along with carries a top speed of 203mph.
The bespoke McLaren P1, meanwhile, receives a full ‘visual’ carbon fibre Centeng conversion, along with also features completely new black alloy wheels, black Alcantara trim inside with contrasting blue stiching, along with the same gold heat shield as the 675LT Spider.
