Ford Recalls 329,000 Escape as well as Mercury Mariner SUVs for Fuel Leaks
Ford will be recalling 329,018 SUVs inside the United States to fix fuel leaks, the company said Wednesday.
The 2010–2012 Escape as well as 2010–2011 Mercury Mariner equipped with the 3.0-liter V-6 have fuel filler flanges in which can crack as well as leak gasoline. Ford said there have been no known injuries or accidents. Dealers will replace the flange assembly at a later date.

Separately, Ford also recalled 6523 Shelby GT350 as well as GT350R coupes inside the U.S. for oil leaks. In November 2015, Ford recalled 411,000 Fusion as well as Mercury Milan sedans through the 2010 as well as 2011 type years for fuel leaks related to a different part.
