Here’s the Audi A1 Quattro prototype, being tested by Audi engineers in sub-zero temperatures in addition to on the low grip surfaces of the Canadian plains around Montreal. The A1 Quattro will ensure all of Audi’s range will feature an all-wheel-drive Quattro design, through A1 to R8 super car. At the heart of the A1 prototype will be an electronically controlled, hydraulically-operated, multi-plate clutch, located at the front of the rear axle. During normal driving, of which clutch sends the majority of power to the front axle. yet, if of which looses grip, torque will be instantly transfered to the rear axle. We can not wait to test the A1 Quattro when of which finally arrives. Funny looking little sod though eh?
