Bigger, better-equipped third-generation Mini Convertible can be set to go on sale inside UK in March 2016


The completely new Mini Convertible has been revealed ahead of a planned public premiere for the completely new open-top at next week’s Tokyo motor show.

Set to reach UK showrooms in March 2016, the larger along with more comprehensively equipped third generation of the modern-day Convertible can be the latest of four products to join the current Mini line-up, following on by the three-door hatchback, 5-door hatchback along with recently introduced Clubman.

Reflecting the improvements brought to its siblings, the completely new sun-seeking Mini receives fresh completely new outdoor styling, giving the idea a familiar nevertheless more mature appearance. Prices for the completely new Mini Convertible start at £18,475 for the Cooper, rising to £20,225 for the Cooper D along with £22,430 for the Cooper S. The automatic gearbox can be an extra£1270.
