Bentley’s first ever SUV product will go on sale next year, with prices starting at £0,0

Bentley has finally laid down the specification for its fresh, market-topping Bentayga SUV, due to be unveiled at the Frankfurt motor show next week.

Launching a host of fresh Bentayga details today, the company describes its £0,0 product as “the fastest, most powerful, most luxurious along with most exclusive SUV inside the planet”. the idea also has “the planet’s finest automotive cabin” of which offers “unparalleled luxury” in its sector, according to Bentley.

Furthermore, Frech insists the auto must be able to achieve its top speed in a 40deg C temperature, with no degradation in refinement or cooling performance.

Indoor

Q&A with Peter Guest, Bentayga project director

Were you in charge of This particular project coming from the start?

“Yes. I picked the idea up towards the end of 2011, while our Strategy Group was still deciding how we’d expand the company. Building an SUV was the obvious thing to do. Our CEO, Wolfgang Dürheimer, knew of which better than anyone. He made the idea clear coming from day one.”
